i think that if you don't expect anything from her (be dettached from outcome), you shouldn't have approach anxiety. Also what the other guy mentioned about approaching immediately is gold. if you don't you will start making up reasons of why not to approach.

hey guys,
i watched a video on this site that yad said your behaviour should be consistent on hot and not hot babes, so no showing any nervouness at all.
On the other side in the latest podcast colin said that it's not bad to show nervousness as long as you verbalise it.
so what's the deal?

hi guys,
I am a 35 year old male, but most women think i am 27-28
needless to say that i do like women 20-25.
when they ask me my age, what should I tell them?
I can bunter like saying "too old for you", but what should i say when they insist?
any help is greatly appreciated.
