Technique for deep connection

I have been playing with pauses in daygame...and what I have found is that there are ways that they work really well...so for instance when I approach a girl, (and this only works with solid eye contact), I can go for about four seconds before speaking and gesturing as if I am trying to find the words to express her impact on me...and then I might open as follows...

"I was over there, and I noticed" (whatever I noticed, for this example lets say her dress).  "Its so cool the way it has a classy look, but at the same time its still kind of sexy, so you're getting classy and sexy, most girls can't pull that off.   And it makes me feel kind of tingly inside.  So let me ask you something..."  (Here is an opportunity for another pregnant pause, building even more tension)

"Knowing that you have that effect on a guy, making him feel like he has butterflies in his stomach, how does that make you feel?"

Wait for her answer.  It will be an amazing answer most of the time...Try it and let me know what you think.

Update. 

I have been playing with this even more.  The less words used the better, and the subject of impact should be you, not "a guy".  So a better example of the same situation is:

I was over there, and I noticed you.  You look really nice, especially in that dress, it not just sexy, its sensual.  Most girls can't pull that off.  It really turned me on and I had to come tell you.

So how does that make you feel?
