37. Have more sex.
Talk about an endorphin rush! If you keep those endorphins flowing regularly, you’ll have more natural energy. Literally, more bounce to your step.

Sounds like a convenient excuse to have more sex.

But seriously, I think everyone should try to incorporate a few things from this list in to their days.

Ah man this article is brilliant! I've been questioning my energy levels recently and whether I can get them consistently high. Great find Mike  :)

Nice find dude, I've just changed shifts and was finding it hard energy-wise to adjust, some of these should help loads!

Also I love the fact that something as simple as changing your socks works (and it does, I tried it!)

Great thread. I actually just read a book on this not too long ago called- Energy Addict: 101 Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Ways to Energize Your Life- by Jon Gordon. Great book, I highly recommend it.

Three Words: Ice Cold Shower

Jump in right after rolling out of bed. Go warm for a few minutes then turn it to cold. It'll tweak your hormones for the better.

You want more energy? Eat right and exercise.

We tend to think of our mental wellbeing as being separate from our level of physical activity and what we eat/drink but in actual fact they are interdependent.

This article is wonderfull. But I suggest that only nutrition and regular excersising is enough to boost the daygame energy :)
