I paid for it but nothing happened

So anyways, I paid for it through paypal, it said that I would receive directions, but nothing happened, no link, no redirecting, no e-mail.

Anyone else experience this?

No problem, thanks for responding. I actually e-mailed them last night, I haven't got a response, I think my request is ticket #446. I figured I would wait till later tonight before sending them another e-mail.

So it's been almost 24 hours and I still haven't heard from anyone, neither support nor any e-mail detailing my login information.

I checked my spam folder just in case and did not find anything there.

I'd be happy to provide proof of purchase in several forms, including my online bank statement showing that the money has already been withdrawn, as well as both confirmation e-mails from pay-pal showing my completed purchase.

The only thing I can think is I might have mistyped my e-mail, however no one has bothered to respond so I am unable to ascertain if this in fact the case.
