Got a date!
« on: June 26, 2012, 04:36:49 AM »
Alright so i got a date lined up tonight. Going bowling then im going to try and bounce her back to my place for a "movie". Im confused on what to do here though.... should i text her the address of the bowling alley and tell her see ya there... or should i tell her to meet me at my house FIRST so we can go just go there together. I want to do the second one because gives me a reason to go back to my place (her car is parked there) and saves us from taking two cars, but it may be awkward (cause i live with my parents still) and too much at first if i asked that. What do you guys think?

Just tell her to meet at your place. That way, she's comfortable going back as she's already been to your house (I take it that she knows you live with your parents?!). Make sure you mention the movie whilst you're out, as if you just wait to the ride home, it can come across as a last minute excuse to get her to come in. Whereas if you mention "this great film which you have to see!" while your out having fun, she's more likely to agree. After bowling you can head back in your car to your place (make sure it's your car, not her's as she could just let you out & then say "OK, thanks I need to get home" and drive off). If she has to go to your place, for her car, she may be more likely to take up your offer and come in!

Hope the date goes well!

Peace,
