Best way to get and keep fuck buddies?

What would you say in as much detail as possible is the best way(s) to get fuck buddies?  Such as when exactly and how do you say that you just want sex? Do you sleep with her first and then say? What attraction switches work best if it's just sex you want? etc etc

My goal is to have at least 3 on the go at anyone time.

I was dating some-one for a few months so i haven't been approaching much recently. Just getting back into again really, but ive decided i just want lots of fun for now.

i always read bits and pieces on friends with benefits, but i haven't come across a "how to guide" in detail on the subject.

Be interesting to hear peoples thoughts on this

I always state pretty explicitly that I'm not looking for a relationship before shagging them, then do what you'd normally do.. escalate and fuck them. Make sure you fuck them well, if your good in bed chances of her offering repeat visits are much more likely. Read some David Shade stuff if you wanna refine the bedroom skills :)
