Cooking - Recipes
« on: May 23, 2012, 09:53:25 PM »
It was mentioned on a podcast about puting some recipes up on the blogs on some good easy things to cook on dates.
Perhaps John and Minnie can put some blogs up when they have time.
Thanks

Guys the best thing ever: pan and kettle + 5 min
so yummy and tasty and quick... very impressive.

Broccoli and couscous.

Put some olive oil on a pan let it heat on max for a minute, add garlic and some broccoli /small cuts-morcels/ .. add seasoning /e.g. herbs de provence tomato basil coriander pepper/ ...
rest for 3 min. now add the couscous /dry from lidl, aldi or an oriental shop/ so that it the pan is almost full...add boiling water...the water can be twice as much as of couscous .... wait 1 min
serve
