Three is great, thing is i find once i have got the first one done then i usually will go on to more. So the one is the minimum, the starting point, just to get the pissy-little-weiner-monkey off my back and keep me ticking over.
Also i am a busy man these days and i want to set a reasonable target to start with. A good day may see 5, but as long as i hit 1 i'm happy for now. My goal is that doing this shit isnt something I consciously set out to do, more that it becomes totally natural and congruent to my personality in my day to day life.
