a thing ive noticed is that the anticipation of me approaching makes me feel genuine anxiety. But when im outside i manage to deal with it and approach multiple times. Its a very strong anxiety that kind of never fully goes away could you guys tell me what i can do to reduce the pre-daygame anxiety?

I don't know about that but when I played baseball years ago I always felt nervous. Once in the field everything was ok. So maybe it's something like that but maybe it's not.

I've read that the main reason for (approaching)anxiety is that guys restrict themselves to approach only in certain time in a day and that's the reason they feel the anxiety and nervousness since they put pressure on that period of time. If they won't restrict themselves and approach throughout the whole day the AA diminish.

Its just the anticipation of you knowing what is coming up. You're adrenaline has started flowing getting you're body ready for 'action'. Like when you are about to walk into an exam room, but when you actually take you're seat and look at the first question you are just in the moment and concentrate on what is in front of you.

Dont worry about it as its pretty normal. That feeling goes with time as approaching increasingly becomes a natural part of you.
