Dressing smarter...
« on: November 15, 2010, 12:54:51 AM »
Obviously you can daygame anywhere in any situation. However if like me you approach all sorts of women from students to lawyers on their lunch break then dressing smarter can help you.
The logic behind it is that no girl is going to think this guy is overdressed to pick me up but they may think why is he wandering the streets in the middle of the week in trainers and a t shirt.

OMG that brings me onto a good point. Winter wardrobe. You can get a sexy coat, dark fitted jeans and some sexy boot/shoes. This is a look that works for me when i hit birmingham city centre.

I love that you can accesorise more in autumn/winter. Scarves, gloves, coats and maybe the odd hat.

I am distracted. Basically as a 21 year old if i dress down i reckon it's harder to game older women.

your thoughts please!

I think most day gamers are indeed into the high class kinda girls, career girls and the model type girls so dressing smart is definitely the way to go if you ask me. Doesn't mean you have to suit up every day but incorporate some mature dressing into your style. Also be sure to create your own style that suits you, don't care what other people think of you.

For myself, I wear a blazer almost every day. I combine it with a v-neck shirt, a button-up or a v-neck sweater on a pair of fitted jeans. Then I top it off with the right watch and sneakers (I have many) and a nice scarf in winter time. It suits my personality and I look smart. I also don't care what other people think of it, Many guys always ask why I'm so dressed up all the time, sometimes they even make fun of it. However, the girls (on school for example) literally compliment me everyday on how I'm dressed so well and how my watch or my shoes complete my outfit.

Take your time to find your own style and build upon/around it! I still adjust my style from time to time and I always will!

Cheers

If you really want a good (and free) guide I'd recommend this website, http://www.fashionbeans.com/ , and check out men's basics, they go over all of the pieces you can think of.

Whatever the piece of clothing you're not sure about/want to know how to pull it off, you can get a pretty nice bit of info on it and see some examples if wanted.

I think this'll put you on your way no matter what you want to do, dress up or down .. use it! :)
