Yes, I like older women sometimes, so just asking if the rules change slightly when it comes to girls in the 35 - 45 bracket that are still very attractive. Also if anyone has experience gaming them, then interested in hearing any stories.

I'm in my late thirties so for me the term "cougars" means "more women" lol! :D

As for differences, you'll still need all the fundamentals (tone, body language, confidence etc...), but I've found better success when I'm well dressed (ie no grungey trainers, jeans and 70's punk band t-shirts). Some older women may be keen on a younger guy dressed scruffily, but most of the older women tend to know what they want in a guy and looking good is one of them.

Obviously this may vary depending where you game. I'm in London and so the "older" women tend to be well dressed, well manicured etc..If you game in some small city, in may not be such an issue.
